Author Biography:

Joanne Vázquez de Prίncipe, DM is a Post-Doctoral Fellow-in-Residence with the Center for Leadership Studies and Organizational Research (CLSOR) at the College of Doctoral Studies, University of Phoenix, where she contributes as a social and behavioral scientist. Her mixed-methods doctoral study investigated leadership and human intelligence during unprecedented times of organizational change. As an early academic, public speaking and workshop facilitation topics incorporate inspiring self-leadership for flourishing well-being, the empowerment of STEM women into leadership, engaging psychosynthesis with predictive dynamics modeling for superconscious leadership, and dimensional synergies to catalyze workplace cultural transformations. Dr. Prίncipe is the Founder and CEO of Purposeful Advising & Coaching LLC, a people advisory and leadership coaching firm. Her corporate professional career spans over three decades within several industries from legal and financial services to nonprofit and public/government sectors.
