Mighty Ape Swings Into Top Spot In Kantar's Customer Leadership Index!

We are thrilled to announce Mighty Ape has taken the top spot in Kantar's Customer Leadership Index for 2023!

The Kantar Customer Leadership Index comes from a survey of 2,500 New Zealanders. Participants were asked about their experience with over 60 of New Zealand’s leading brands in banking, insurance, online shopping, retail, grocery, media, entertainment, travel, telecommunications, energy, and car repair. We are so proud to have taken the top spot for customer experience over all these categories for 2023!

David Thomas, Kantar New Zealand’s Chief Commercial Officer mentioned “Mighty Ape is an inspiring example of a local brand with an absolute focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.” He called out our Jungle Express story and how our superior delivery experience contributed to our success in the index. We're so proud of Jungle Express! The service has grown quickly from a COVID-19 necessity to a sophisticated delivery service with same-day delivery in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch – 7 days a week!

We work super hard to offer the best online shopping experience for New Zealanders and that means constant improvement in our product range and how fast we can deliver! The upcoming opening of our Christchurch distribution centre marks a significant milestone for our commitment to our customers!
